KEY POINTS IN CEPEDA TECHNOLOGY |
| |
| |
a- Vertical Presses, where all the manufacturing process of the cap takes place.
| |
b- Stamping in the press is made by means of sharp strokes; this system gives a higher quality and accuracy than the progressive pressure one, based on a better control of material flow.
| |
c- Easy control of the cap: in multidie machines it is very difficult to know which of the dies has made the operation of manufacturing, which may difficult the adjustment of the dies.
| |
d- The calibration station is made by die (without rollers), this technology produces a cap with uniform dimensions. The quality given by this operation is higher than the one produced with other obsolete technologies such as roll or curling systems.
| |
e- Simple tools, with a very few mobile components
